Vapor sausages

Google images, what a good partner you are! I went there in the noon time today. Looked after photos of cloud penises. Took low-res pictures of my computer screen with an iPod. Instagram is the third ingredient. Instagram proposes filters that give a touching vintage touch to low-res pictures. I've chosen a filter offering a white frame. I've though it would be a great idea to present white penises on a blue sky in a white frame over a blue background. So pure!

Francesco aux oiseaux

Hans Stubenrauch

Saint Francis of Assisi was born Giovanni Francesco di Bernardone (1181 – 1226). Italian Catholic preacher, he founded the men's Franciscan Order, the women’s Order of St. Clare and the lay Third Order of Saint Francis.

He once was on a road where birds filled the trees on either side. They surrounded him, intrigued by the power of his voice, and not one of them flew away.

« Imagine Saint Francis with a dove perched on his shoulder. Could you see him kneeling with the animals as he shares his supper? Saint Francis as a Bird Feeder makes perfect sense if you know about his miracles. I like to imagine Saint Francis with the animals, a squirrel on his shoulder, a fawn standing beside him and flocks of birds perched on his outstretched arms. There are several stories about Saint Francis and his love for birds.» St. Francis and the birds

« He especially loved the birds. In one of his most famous stories, Saint Francis gave a sermon for the birds.»

Prom silky gown

« Instagram was launched in Apple App Store in 2010. A distinctive feature confines photos to a square shape, similar to Kodak Instamatic and Polaroid images. The cool factor of Instagram is the fact that they have 11 different filters you can use to up the interest of your pix. Even boring photos can look amazing with some of these filters.» Read more: Why is Instagram so popular?

Facebook has recently (April 2012) acquired Instagram for $1 billion!

My lovely 17 y/o daughter just graduated. Her prom gown was handmade by my friend Evelyne, a talented and friendly! sewer. Last Saturday afternoon, just before my daughter left for her party, I made a low-res iPod photo shoot of the sweet girl in her sweet dress.

The quote says 11 but 18 (free) filters are available with Instagram on my iPod. Eighteen? Seventeen would be the right number if you say that Normal is not a filter!
